2024: Blue Bombers
Mitchell signed with the Blue Bombers on April 20, 2024, and dressed for four games in his rookie CFL season, serving primarily as a reserve receiver and kick returner.
He made his debut in the season opener against Montreal and finished the year with 11 punt returns for 62 yards and eight kickoff returns for 144 yards.
2023: USFL Michigan Panthers and Birmingham Stallions
Mitchell signed with the Michigan Panthers of the USFL on December 13, 2022, but had his playing rights traded to the Birmingham Stallions three days later. On January 15, 2024, Mitchell was selected by the Stallions in the 11th round of the Super Draft portion of the 2024 UFL dispersal draft.
2022: NFL Minnesota Vikings
Mitchell signed his first pro deal with the Minnesota Vikings in May of 2021 as an undrafted free agent and appeared in one game while spending most of the season on the practice squad before his release in late August of 2022.
COLLEGE
2018-2020: UAB
Transferred to UAB where he had 63 catches for 990 yards and seven touchdowns while also handling punt and kickoff return chores.
2016-2017: Butler Community College
Beginning his collegiate career at Butler Community College he totalled 42 catches, 520 yards, and two touchdowns.
