What room is included with my package?
Your package includes accommodations in a Premium Deluxe Tropical View Room at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa based on double occupancy. Room upgrades are not available as part of this package, and requests for adjacent or connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed.
Is airfare included?
Yes, Porter Airlines flights are included as part of your Ultimate Fan Beach Vacation package. Flight details and travel information will be provided by redtag.ca during the booking process.
What are the payment options?
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A monthly payment plan is also available through redtag.ca, subject to eligibility and terms. Your redtag.ca travel advisor can provide all available payment options when you book.
Can I travel alone?
Absolutely! Solo travellers are welcome. Whether you’re joining us with friends, family, or travelling on your own, you’ll be part of a group of passionate Tiger-Cats fans creating memories together.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation policies vary based on your booking details and the terms set by redtag.ca and Porter Airlines. Please review all cancellation terms at the time of booking or speak with a redtag.ca representative for assistance.
How many players will attend?
Three Tiger-Cats players are expected to attend the trip. Player attendance, including which players attend and the total number of players, is subject to change.
Is travel insurance available?
Yes. Redtag.ca will ask about travel insurance options at the time of booking and provide available coverage details. We recommend considering travel insurance to help protect your trip investment.
What activities are available?
The Ultimate Fan Beach Vacation will feature exclusive Tiger-Cats fan experiences designed to bring everyone together, including a pool party, beach flag football, a private dinner, and opportunities to connect with fellow fans and Tiger-Cats players. The full schedule of activities will be shared with travellers closer to departure.
