TIGER-CATS SIGN RECEIVER

Hamilton, Ontario – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has added import receiver Jeremy Kelley to the practice roster.

Kelly, a 6-6, 225-pound native of West Seneca, New York, spent four seasons (2007-10) at Maine.
