REMINDER: CARSTAR COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE SET FOR THIS SUNDAY

The Hamilton Tiger Cats are inviting the entire TigerTown community to Tim Hortons Field on Sunday, June 7 to kick off the 2015 season with a celebration of football, food and music in their spectacular new home. The CARSTAR Community Open House will be an opportunity to watch the team practice, to get autographs from current Tiger-Cats players and Ticats alumni, and to enjoy a live performance by country music artist Chad Brownlee presented by Boots & Hearts. The event will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and admission is FREE.

OPEN HOUSE PARKING – Parking for Sunday’s CARSTAR Community Open House is free. In addition to street parking around the stadium, lots J and E will be open. Click here for a parking map.
ACCESS TO STADIUM – All fans will be required to enter the stadium through the Pioneer Gate (Gate 1) and the Scotiabank Gate (Gate 2) off of Cannon St. Click here for a stadium map.
ARRIVE EARLY! – Get there early! When gates open at 10:30 a.m., the first 1,000 people who enter the building receive a free 2015 commemorative jersey rally towel.
TIMING – Team Practice: 11:10 a.m. | Autograph session (30 mins): Immediately following practice | Chad Brownlee takes the stage: Immediately following the autograph session
TIGER-CATS ALUMNI – In addition to the team autograph session, Rocky Dipierto, Joe Zuger, Chuck Ealey, Sandy Beveridge, Less Browne, Willy Bethea, Tommy Joe Coffey, Matt Robichaud, Ray Mariuz, George Hudson, Jykine Bradley, Wally Zatlny, Dale Sanderson, and Roger Dunbrack will be signing autographs and greeting fans.
CHEERLEADERS & MASCOTS – The Tiger-Cats Cheerleaders will be in attendance, along with Stripes, T.C., Tiny and Paws. Don’t hesitate to get a picture!
50% OFF ON SELECT SEASON SEATS – Starting Sunday, for one week, get 50% off on select season seats as part of the Open House door crasher sale. Look for the tagged seats on Open House day. 50% OFF CONCESSIONS – Bring an appetite with you to Tim Hortons Field. All food and non-alcoholic beverages will be 50% off. Beer will be served at the event, but must be consumed in the stands. No food or drink is allowed on the playing surface.
FOR THE KIDS – The Findlay Family Zone will be in full swing on Sunday. From bouncy castles, to inflatable football toss, to photo booths to obstacle courses, the CARSTAR Open House will be fun for the entire family.
