Tiger-cats Sign Db Donald Washington

HAMILTON, ONT. – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today the team has signed international defensive back Donald Washington.
Washington, 28, played three games with the Toronto Argonauts in 2014, collecting 15 total tackles. He was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fourth round, 102^nd overall, in the 2009 NFL Draft and recorded 52 combined tackles in 32 games over three seasons with the team. Washington recorded solid numbers at the 2009 NFL Combine, including top vertical jump (45.0 in.) and top broad jump (135.0 in.).
The 6-0, 198-pound native of Indianapolis, Indiana, played four seasons (2006 to 2009) at Ohio State where he totaled 103 combined tackles, four passes defended and a touchdown. He was named the Buckeyes Outstanding Freshman in 2006.
The Ticats also announced the following players have been added to the suspended list:
