The Hamilton Tigers-Cats announced Thursday that Saturday’s home game against the Edmonton Eskimos is sold out. Kickoff time is 4 p.m. at Tim Hortons Field. The game, presented by Fisherman’s Friend, will be followed by an Ontario Football Conference matchup between the Hamilton Hurricanes and Burlington Braves, offering fans a first-ever opportunity to see CFL and OFC action together on the same ticket. Saturday’s game will be the Tiger-Cats’ 13th consecutive regular season and playoff sellout at Tim Hortons Field. The Ticats have drawn at 103 percent of capacity this season, averaging 24,183 fans (120,915 total) after five homes games at the 23,500-seat stadium.
In conjunction with Saturday’s sellout, the Ticats are releasing at 4 p.m. today approximately 100 tickets for the game that are required by league policy to be held for purchase by the two participating teams until 48 hours prior to kickoff. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis by calling 905-547-CATS (2287).
The Fall Three Pack, which includes Hamilton’s final three home games of the regular season, is on sale for a limited time. The package includes the best available seats for remaining encounters with Calgary (Oct. 2), Saskatchewan (Oct. 9), and Ottawa (Nov. 1), presale access to playoff tickets, should the Tiger-Cats host a home playoff game, and a Hamilton Tiger-Cats mini-football. Fall Three Pack ticket packages start at $138 ($46 per game) and can be purchased by calling the Tiger-Cats ticket representatives at 905-547-2287.
