GAMEDAY UPDATE: September 16 vs. Alouettes

WHAT’S HAPPENING AT TIM HORTONS FIELD

CANADIAN FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY – The Canadian Football Hall of Fame Game returns to Hamilton for the first time since 2008 this Friday. Stay in your seats at halftime for a special ceremony to officially induct the 2016 Hall of Fame class. The 2016 inductees include Don McDonald in the Builder category, and CFL greats Doug Brown, Rodney Harding, Derrell “Mookie” Mitchell and James West as players. The halftime ceremony will include a commemorative video and the unveiling of each inductees official Hall of Fame bust at centre field.
PREGAME AUTOGRAPH SESSION WITH HALL OF FAMERS – Prior to the game, there will be an autograph session with the 2016 Hall of Fame class and 17 other CFL Hall of Famers in attendance from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. in the Pioneer Energy Zone, located inside Gates 1 & 2 on the south side of Tim Hortons Field. The list of Hall of Famers in attendance includes Damon Allen, Less Browne, Michael Clemons, Peter Dalla Riva, Tony Gabriel, Larry Taylor, Jake Ireland, Russ Jackson, Neil Lumsden, Angelo Mosca, Pete Neumann, Bob O’Billovich, Dave Raimey, Bill Symons, Dave Thelan and Ben Zambiasi.
FISHERMAN’S FRIEND GATE SAMPLES – On your way into the game on Friday night, be sure to grab a Fisherman’s Friend sample, the official cough lozenge of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

PRINT YOUR TICKETS FROM HOME – Season seat holders, remember to print your tickets at home, or download your seats to your mobile device, before arriving at Tim Hortons Field on gameday. Visit www.ticats.ca/mytix to manage your season seats now. Need additional help? PARKING – Gameday parking lots are open for prepaid pass holders on Friday starting at 4:30 p.m. Don’t have parking yet? Lot F has spots available for purchase on the day of the game. To support responsible travel, all lots will open at 6 a.m. the following day for guests who choose to leave their vehicle overnight. HSR TICKET TO RIDE – Hamilton Street Railway offers free transportation for game day ticket holders up to two (2) hours prior to game time. A valid gameday ticket must be shown upon boarding for free transportation. Many HSR routes offer drop off locations at or near Tim Hortons Field. For more information, click here.
TICKET OFFICE – The Ticket Office and Will Call windows (located at the corner of Balsam Ave. and Cannon St.) will be open at 12 noon on gameday. Whether you’re picking up tickets or looking to purchase seats for future home games at Tim Hortons Field, our service team in the Ticket Office will be able to assist you with all of your ticketing needs.
OXFORD LEARNING ATTENDANCE REPORT CARD – Season seat holders that scan in at least 90% of the tickets on their account over the course of the 2016 regular season will be entered for a chance to win 1 of 3 Tiger-Cats Shop shopping sprees ($500 value), and a pair of tickets to the 104th Grey Cup in Toronto. Can’t make it to the game? Log in to www.ticats.ca/mytix to forward your seats to a friend or family member to ensure they get used.
SCOTIABANK CARDHOLDERS SKIP THE LINE – Flash your Scotiabank bank card at the Scotiabank Gate (Gate 2) off of Cannon St. on Friday night and skip the line! Just look for the Scotiabank tent directly beside the main gate. Please note the access line is exclusive to Scotiabank cardholders.
ACCESS TO YOUR SEATS – Please enter the gate identified on your ticket. Click here to see the different gate locations around the stadium. Access between the east and west sides of the stadium is not possible behind the Coors Light Patio due to broadcast requirements. Guests can travel between sides of the stadium through the Pioneer Energy Zone at the south end of the stadium.
TIGER-CATS SHOP – Like it or not, the colder weather is on its way. Don’t worry, the Tiger-Cats Shop has got you covered.  Swing by the flagship store located inside Gate 1 (adjacent to the box office) to check out all the new fall merchandise. The store opens at 10 a.m. until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
FINDLAY LINEUP CARDS & POSTER – The first 5,000 fans through the gates will receive a gameday roster and poster of Ticats defensive end Adrian Tracy with a donation to the Salvation Army and the Play Action Minor Football Program.

FINDLAY FAMILY ZONE – Located at the north end of the lower west concourse of Tim Hortons Field, the Findlay Family Zone includes youth activations like stations for face painting, a photo booth and vertical jump activites.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE (C.A.T. Team) – Need help locating the washrooms or concessions? Can’t find your seat location? Need assistance getting up the stairs? Our C.A.T. Team and Ask Me! Team are both here to help you! Look for our C.A.T. Team staff in red Tim Hortons Field polos. Guests can also text questions or concerns at any time to Guest Assist at 905-581-9989.
WATER BOTTLE FILL STATIONS – Guests are permitted to bring their own, empty water bottle (up to 1L in size) into Tim Hortons Field and refill them at any one of the water bottle fill stations located on each concourse. Please speak with a C.A.T. Team member if you require assistance locating the fill station closest to you.

SMOKING POLICY – Smoking is NOT permitted within Tim Hortons Field or on City of Hamilton property. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. Guests may exit the facility after the 1st quarter through the RedTag.ca Gate or Enercare Gate located at the north corners of the stadium. Guests must have their ticket for re-entry.
