Fan Appreciation Game set for Saturday at Tim Hortons Field

On Saturday, November 5, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats close out their 2016 regular season campaign at Tim Hortons Field against the Montreal Alouettes. In the week leading up to the regular season finale, the Ticats will take the opportunity to say a special thanks to the fans that have made Tim Hortons Field the best home crowd in the CFL during a completely sold out 2016 season.
Fan Appreciation Week kicks off on today with special Halloween festivities at the Tiger-Cats Shop, a trade-in-your-old-jersey promotion running until Friday and gameday specials plus exclusive season seat holder prizing at Saturday’s game.
 
FAN APPRECIATION GAME DETAILS
The game on Saturday, presented by Nissan, will include appreciation promotions for all fans in attendance. Guests can enjoy $2 fountain soft drinks and $2 bags of Old Dutch chips at permanent concession stands around Tim Hortons Field from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. At the Tiger-Cats Shop and all in-stadium kiosks, will be a Ticats blanket for $24.99 (while quantities last). $3 from each blanket will go to support the Wellwood Cancer Centre here in Hamilton.  Also, guests visiting any of the Tiger-Cats Shop locations, that spend $50 or more on Ticats merchandise, will receive a complimentary Ticats mini-football. Saturday’s matchup will also feature exclusive prizing for Ticats season seat holders, including winning your 2017 season seats, player worn jerseys from the game and 200 Alex & Ani bracelets, courtesy of Barry’s Jewellers.
Every Tiger-Cats home game during the 2016 season has been sold out, totaling 25 consecutive sell outs since Tim Hortons Field opened its doors in September 2014. Over 191,000 Ticats fans have enjoyed Tiger-Cats football at Tim Hortons Field this season, with an average attendance of 23,987 (102% of the stadium’s capacity).
