TICATS.CA & TSN RADIO 1150 COMBINE FORCES ONCE AGAIN FOR EXTENSIVE CFL DRAFT COVERAGE ON FACEBOOK LIVE
Three-hour 2017 CFL Draft Show to be broadcast live from Tiger-Cats Draft Party, presented by Lou’s, at Tim Hortons Field
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and TSN Radio 1150 will jointly broadcast a three-hour draft special live from the Tiger-Cats 2017 Draft Party, presented by Lou’s, inside the belairdirect Champions Club at Tim Hortons Field on Sunday, May 7. The show begins at 6:30 p.m. with live video coverage streamed on Facebook Live and Ticats.ca, and an audio simulcast on TSN 1150.
Tiger-Cats fans will once again have the most in depth coverage in Canada for the CFL Draft as Ticats TV’s Mike Morreale teams up with TSN 1150’s Jim Tatti and Marshall Ferguson to deliver commentary and analysis over the course of the night. They will be joined throughout the show by members of Hamilton’s football operations staff and other special guests.
Attendees at the Tiger-Cats 2017 Draft Party, presented by Lou’s, include current Tiger-Cats players, alumni and staff, along with select season ticket holders that earned a spot via a lottery that attracted over 2,000 interested fans this year. The party will feature the first unveiling of the 2017 edition of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Cheerleaders and a delicious menu featuring Lou’s Barbeque Co. products like pulled pork poutine and peameal bacon on a kaiser.
The 2017 CFL Draft, televised by TSN, will be shown live inside the party and on the video board at Tim Hortons Field. Hamilton is slated to make their first selection in the first round, fourth overall, and have a total of seven draft picks as outlined below:

**The Tiger-Cats natural fifth and sixth round selections were traded to Montreal on May 1, 2017 along with DE Denzell Perine and RB Cierre Wood in exchange for DB Khalid Wooten and the Alouettes’ fifth and sixth round picks in the 2017 CFL Draft.
