Home Field Update: Everything you need to know about attending Saturday's concert

On behalf of the Supercrawl, Billy Talent and the rest of the bands, we look forward to hosting you at the inaugural Home Field concert at Tim Hortons Field this Saturday, June 3. Between the rocking line up of musical talent and the fantastic weather forecast, Saturday night is guaranteed to be a fun time for everyone in attendance.
Whether you’re a Tiger-Cats season seat holder, or this is your first time attending an event at Tim Hortons Field, we’ve compiled a list of important details and frequently asked questions about Saturday’s concert. CONCERT DETAILS
GETTING TO TIM HORTONS FIELD – Click here for Google maps directions to Tim Hortons Field. If you’re using a GPS to locate your way to the stadium, the Tim Hortons Field address is 64 Melrose Ave. N., Hamilton, Ontario.
PARKING – We encourage you to use public transportation, bike or walk to Tim Hortons Field on Saturday night. If you’re driving to the concert, park in Lot’s B and D ($20) or Lot E ($15), while spaces remain. Click here or a parking map, featuring lot locations.
TICKET OFFICE – The Ticket Office and Will Call windows (located at the corner of Balsam Ave. and Cannon St.) will be open at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Whether you’re picking up tickets or looking to purchase seats, our service team in the Ticket Office will be able to assist you with all of your ticketing needs.
WHEN DO GATES OPEN? – Gates open at 5 p.m. Please enter through the gate identified on your ticket. Due to the configuration of the stage, Gates 2, 3 and 4 will be the only access points to enter the stadium. Click here for a stadium map.
ACCESS TO YOUR SEATS – Whether you’re entering through FirstOntario Credit Union Gate (Gate 2) or RedTag.ca Gate (Gate 4), locate the stairs leading to West Concourse Level 3 and make your way to the section, row and seat identified on your ticket. Gate 3 on Melrose Ave. is the Premium Seating Entrance for Club Level and FirstOntario Members Suite Level and VIP ticket holders in Section 105. Click here to view the Home Field seating map.
ACCESS TO THE FLOOR – Floor seat ticket holders are encouraged to enter through FirstOntario Credit Union Gate (Gate 2) or RedTag.ca Gate (Gate 4) and locate the floor seat wrist band table inside the gates. You will be directed up the stairs to West Concourse Level 3 after you receive your wrist band. Walk towards Section 105 and make your way down the steps to the floor seating area. Refer to the Home Field seating map for a visual diagram. Floor seat ticket holders will have their ticket hole punched and must show their wrist band to gain entry to the floor. Remember, the floor is a general admission area. Please be mindful and courteous of the personal space of those around you.

5:30 p.m. – Rules
6:30 p.m. – Teenage Head
7:45 p.m. – Danko Jones
9:30 p.m. – Billy Talent
10:30 p.m. – Last call
11 p.m. – Home Field concludes
BAND MERCHANDISE – Merchandise kiosks will be stationed around the stadium featuring t-shirts, hoodies, buttons, albums and other swag from all four bands.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE (C.A.T. Team) – Need help locating the washrooms or concessions? Can’t find your seat location? Need assistance getting up the stairs? Our C.A.T. Team and Ask Me Team are both here to help you! Look for our C.A.T. Team staff in red Tim Hortons Field polos. Guests can also text questions or concerns at any time to Guest Assist at 905-581-9989.

SMOKING POLICY – Smoking is NOT permitted within Tim Hortons Field or on City of Hamilton property. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. Guests may exit the facility through the RedTag.ca Gate (Gate 4) located at the north-west corner of the stadium. Guests must have their ticket for re-entry. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the seating area and on the floor.
