PREGAME PARTY IN THE STIPLEY (BEGINS AT 1 P.M.) – Eager to get into the stadium and soak in the atmosphere? Gate 1 and Gate 2 will open 2 hours before the match for a pregame party in The Stipley. Take advantage of Canda’s largest outdoor bar, and enjoy some Stipley Smokehouse BBQ!
GATES OPEN (2 P.M.) – Please enter through the gate listed on your ticket. All stadium gates open at 2 p.m. before the 3 p.m. kick off. Per Tim Hortons Field security protocol, security wanding will be in effect at all stadium gates. Please remember to remove the contents of your pockets, including your phone, and have your game tickets ready for presentation to reduce wait times to enter.

TAKING THE GO TRAIN? – Catch the shuttle at Hamilton GO Centre from platforms 14 & 15 only. Look for the Rugby Canada/GO signage on the shuttle buses. Post game be sure to catch the shuttle back to the Hamilton GO Centre on Cannon St. outside gates 1 & 2. Shuttles will start running at 5:10 p.m. with the LAST shuttle leaving Tim Hortons Field at 6:30 p.m. For a reminder on the GO train scheduled times for the extended weekend service, please visit Rugby World Cup Qualifier event page events.rugbycanada.ca.
PARKING – Lot D ($20) and Lot E ($15) have spots available for purchase on the day of the match. To support responsible travel, all lots will open at 6 a.m. the following day for guests who choose to leave their vehicle overnight. TICKET OFFICE – The Ticket Office and Will Call windows (located at the corner of Balsam Ave. and Cannon St.) will be open at 12 noon on match day. Whether you’re picking up tickets or looking to purchase seats for future home games at Tim Hortons Field, our service team in the Ticket Office will be able to assist you with all of your ticketing needs.
ACCESS TO YOUR SEATS – Please enter the gate identified on your ticket. Click here to see the different gate locations around the stadium. Regardless of what gate you enter, enjoy 360 degree access around the stadium, crossing from west to east or east to west through the Pioneer Energy Zone or behind the Coors Light Patio.
ALL ACCESS CARDS – Tiger-Cats season seat holders: Please note that your 15% concessions discount and 10% merchandise discount is only available at Ticats home games. All Access members can still swipe their cards in stadium to earn yards on purchases.
TEAM CANADA MERCHANDISE – Select Rugby Canada merchandise will be available at the Tiger-Cats Shop leading up to Saturday’s match. On match day, visit any one of our 6 retail kiosks for all of your team Canada gear and wear the red and white to support our country! The Tiger-Cats Shop is located adjacent to the box office at the corner of Cannon and Balsam and is open Mon-Sat 10 a.m.- 6 pm.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE (C.A.T. Team) – Need help locating the washrooms or concessions? Can’t find your seat location? Need assistance getting up the stairs? Our C.A.T. Team and Ask Me! Team are both here to help you! Look for our C.A.T. Team staff in red Tim Hortons Field jackets. Guests can also text questions or concerns at any time to Guest Assist at 905-581-9989.
WATER BOTTLE FILL STATIONS – Guests are permitted to bring their own empty water bottle (up to 1L in size) into Tim Hortons Field and refill them at any one of the water bottle fill stations located on each concourse. Please speak with a C.A.T. Team member if you require assistance locating the fill station closest to you.

SMOKING POLICY – Smoking is NOT permitted within Tim Hortons Field or on City of Hamilton property. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. Guests may exit the facility anytime after kick off, up until the end of halftime, through Gate 4 or Gate 5 located at the north corners of the stadium. Guests must have their ticket for re-entry.
