FREE SEASON KICKOFF ON-FIELD VIEWING PARTY – WATCH THE TICATS GAME ON THE VIDEOBOARD AT TIM HORTONS FIELD ON JUNE 16
WHAT: Ticats fans from all over TigerTown gathering to watch the game in Calgary on the videoboard at Tim Hortons Field. Explore the stadium, sit in the stands or bring a blanket and watch from field level.
WHEN: Saturday, June 16 | Gates open at 6 p.m. | Game kicks off at 7 p.m. ET
ADMISSION: Free to attend. No ticket required!
PARKING: Event parking is free on-site, in Lot B behind the Tim Hortons Field videoboard on Beechwood Ave. on a first-come, first-served basis.
ENTERING THE STADIUM: Please enter through FirstOntario Gate (Gate 2) off of Cannon St., or RedTag.ca Gate (Gate 4) off of Beechwood Ave.
SEATING: Fans are encouraged to watch the game from the field, from the west side seats (Sections 101-109), or from the Canadian Football Hall of Fame on Club Level. The east stands will not be accessible on Saturday evening.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: Select concession locations, including The Stipley, will be open on the west concourse and Club Level. Please note that food and drink is not permitted on the field of play (water is okay), and that no outside food or beverage is allowed into the stadium.
SEASON SEAT HOLDER CARD: Season seat holders are encouraged to utilize their 2018 Ticats All Access Season Seat Holder rewards dollars and 15% off concessions discount at the event.
HOME OPENER FLASH SALE: Take advantage of an exclusive Home Opener flash sale at the event! Get tickets, starting at $20, for the Ticats June 29 Home Opener vs. Winnipeg. CANADIAN FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME: The Club Level (Level 4) will be open on Saturday evening. We encourage fans to visit the Canadian Football Hall of Fame on Club Level, enjoy food and drink available for purchase, and watch the game. We’ll have music playing during commercials!
KID-FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES: Stripes’ Jungle playground will be open, inflatables will be set up on field, plus Stripes, T.C., Paws and Tiny will all be in attendance on Saturday night. The Ticats bouncy castle and the rest of the inflatables will be up and active, weather permitting.
GIVEAWAY FOR KIDS: Johnsonville will be giving away 500 jersey drawstring backpacks to kids 13 and under in Stripes’ Jungle (behind Section 109) while quantities remain
LIVE MUSIC: A live band will be set up on field level, rocking out before the game and at halftime. Enjoy!
PLAYERS IN ATTENDANCE: Tiger-Cats receivers Terrence Toliver and Shamawd Chambers will be mingling with fans on Saturday, signing autographs and taking pictures.
TIGER-CATS SHOP: Take advantage of 40% off clearance items (while quantities last) at select retail kiosks on the west concourse.
