Tiger-cats Sign National Receiver O’connor

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced Sunday the football club has signed national free agent receiver Mitch O’Connor.
O’Connor, 23, posted 22 receptions for 320 yards and a touchdown in 10 games with McMaster University in 2017. He also appeared in the U SPORTS East-West Bowl last season, suiting up for the West Team. The 6-2, 195-pound native of Kingston, Ontario, played in 27 career games with the Marauders from 2014 to 2017, registering 54 receptions for 734 yards and three touchdowns. O’Connor was a member of McMaster’s 2014 Yates Cup (OUA Championship) and Mitchell Bowl-winning team.
