Tiger-cats Trade Kanneh To Argonauts

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced Sunday that the football club has acquired an eighth round pick in the 2019 Canadian Football League Draft from the Toronto Argonauts in exchange for international defensive back Abdul Kanneh.
Kanneh, 27, played in seven games with the Tiger-Cats in 2017 after signing as a free agent on February 14. He registered 17 defensive tackles, two quarterback sacks, one forced fumble and one pass knock down last season. The 5-10, 175-pound native of London, England, has accumulated 155 defensive tackles, two special teams tackles, five quarterback sacks, 12 interceptions and six forced fumbles in 50 games during his four-year CFL career with the Ottawa Redblacks (2014-16) and Tiger-Cats.
