ACCESS TO FLOOR SEATS (ONLY THROUGH GATE 5B) – Floor seat ticket holders MUST enter the stadium through Gate 5B behind the Tim Hortons Field videoboard. Floor seat tickets will not be permitted to enter through other gates. After entering Gate 5B you will receive your wrist band. Remember, the floor is a general admission area. Please be mindful and courteous of the personal space of those around you.

TICKET OFFICE – The Ticket Office and Will Call windows (located at the corner of Balsam Ave. and Cannon St.) will be open at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Whether you’re picking up tickets or looking to purchase seats, our service team in the Ticket Office will be able to assist you with all of your ticketing needs.

WHEN DO GATES OPEN? – Gates open at 5 p.m. Floor seat ticket holders MUST enter through Gate 5B. Click here for a stadium map to familiarize yourself with the layout of the venue before you arrive.

SECURITY WANDING – Per Tim Hortons Field security protocol, security wanding will be in effect at all stadium gates. Please remember to remove the contents of your pockets, including your phone, and have your game tickets ready for presentation to reduce wait times to enter. Get to the event early to avoid potential lines closer to the show!

BAND MERCHANDISE – Merchandise kiosks will be stationed around the stadium featuring t-shirts, hats and other swag from the bands.

NON-SMOKING EVENT – Smoking is strictly prohibited within Tim Hortons Field or on City of Hamilton property. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. There is no re-entry policy in effect for this event.
