Tiger-cats Sign Offensive Lineman Rice

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced Tuesday the football club has signed national offensive lineman Landon Rice.
Rice, 30, appeared in five games with the Tiger-Cats this season before being traded to the Montreal Alouettes July 22. He suited up in four games with the Alouettes before being released August 23. The 6-6, 314-pound native of Brandon, Manitoba, has played 62 career CFL games over six seasons with Hamilton (2013-18) and Montreal (2018), starting six times at guard. Rice has also suited up in five playoff games and the 2014 Grey Cup for the Ticats. The University of Manitoba product was originally signed as a free agent by Hamilton April 2, 2013.
