WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE GAME
STRIPES SQUAD SATURDAY – This Saturday, bring the entire family up to the Findlay Family Zone to be apart of the Stripes Squad! Your little ones will love to climb, slide and play at Stripes’ Jungle playground. Stripes’ Jungle is also home to all of our mascots, including Stripes, T.C., Paws and Tiny.
MINI FOOTBALL GIVEAWAY – Calling all kids! 5,000 mini footballs will be available in Stripes’ Jungle (located above Section 109) and the First Ontario Community Lounge while supplies last.
NEW KIDS STYLES IN STORE – Just in time for gameday, the Tiger-Cats Shop has all new kids styles. Swing by to outfit the little ones for the fall season.
PREGAME PARTY IN THE STIPLEY (2:30 P.M.) – Eager to get into the stadium and soak in the atmosphere? The Pioneer Gate (Gate 1) and FirstOntario Gate (Gate 2) will open 90 minutes before the game (2:30 p.m.) for a pregame gathering in The Stipley. While your enjoying a cold beverage make sure you dive into some old fashioned BBQ, courtesy of the Stipley Smokehouse. At 3 p.m., the stadium opens and guests can make their way to their seats.
GATES OPEN AT 3 P.M. – Per Tim Hortons Field security protocol, security wanding will be in effect at all stadium gates. Please remember to remove the contents of your pockets, including your phone, and have your game tickets ready for presentation to reduce wait times to enter. Get to the game early to avoid potential lines closer to the 4 p.m. kick off!
AUTOGRAPH SIGNING – Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Canadian Football Hall of Fame alumni, and 1999 Grey Cup Champion Paul Osbaldiston, Punter/Placekicker (1986-2003) will be signing autographs pre-game in First Ontario Credit Union Community Lounge from 3-3:30 p.m.
FAMILIES ON THE FIELD – At the conclusion of the game, fans will be welcomed onto the turf at Tim Hortons Field to play in the footsteps of their Black & Gold idols. Families on the Field, presented by The Brick, provides children with an exclusive and memorable opportunity, whether its tossing around a football with mom or taking photos at the 55-yard line with dad. Families on the field begins 15 minutes after the conclusion of the game and wraps up 35 minutes after the final whistle.

PRINT YOUR TICKETS AT HOME – Season seat holders, remember to print your tickets at home, or download your seats to your mobile device, before arriving at Tim Hortons Field on gameday. PARKING – Gameday parking lots are open for prepaid pass holders on Saturday starting at 10 a.m. Don’t have parking yet? Lot E has spots available for purchase on the day of the game. To support responsible travel, all lots will open at 8 a.m. the following day for guests who choose to leave their vehicle overnight. HSR TICKET TO RIDE – Hamilton Street Railway offers free transportation for game day ticket holders up to two (2) hours prior to game time. A valid gameday ticket must be shown upon boarding for free transportation. Many HSR routes offer drop off locations at or near Tim Hortons Field. For more information, click here.
TICKET OFFICE – The Ticket Office and Will Call windows (located at the corner of Balsam Ave. and Cannon St.) will be open at 10 a.m. on gameday. Whether you’re picking up tickets or looking to purchase seats for future home games at Tim Hortons Field, our service team in the Ticket Office will be able to assist you with all of your ticketing needs.
GETTING TO YOUR SEATS – Please enter the gate identified on your ticket. Click here to see the different gate locations around the stadium. Regardless of what gate you enter, enjoy 360 degree access around the stadium, crossing from west to east or east to west through the Pioneer Energy Zone or Coors Light Patio.
ACCESSIBILITY ELEVATORS – Elevators 1A and 4A will be reserved for guests with mobility devices for the first 15 minutes following each game.
TIGER-CATS SHOP – This week’s gameday Special is $19.99 blankets (some exceptions apply – available in-store and online). In addition, there will be all new kids apparel at gameday kiosks and the Ticats store. Swing by and visit the flagship store, located at the corner of Balsam Ave. and Cannon St., anytime from 10 a.m. until 30 minutes after the final whistle.

VISIT THE CANADIAN FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME – After the game, Ticats fans will be able to get their first glimpse of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame & Museum, located on Tim Hortons Field’s Club Level. When the 4th quarter expires, fans interested in touring the Hall of Fame will be invited to line up behind Section 109, beside the Findlay Family Zone. Approximately 20 minutes after the final whistle, the doors of the Hall of Fame will open and guests will be invited in, on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so access is not guaranteed. The Hall of Fame will be open to the public, free of charge, on non-game days. (Wednesdays 4 to 7 p.m. & Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.).

Look for our C.A.T. Team staff in red Tim Hortons Field polos. Guests can also text questions or concerns at any time to Guest Assist at 905-581-9989.
WATER BOTTLE FILL STATIONS – Guests are permitted to bring their own empty water bottle (up to 1L in size) into Tim Hortons Field and refill them at any one of the water bottle fill stations located on each concourse. Please speak with a C.A.T. Team member if you require assistance locating the fill station closest to you.

SMOKING POLICY – Smoking is NOT permitted within Tim Hortons Field or on City of Hamilton property. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. Guests may exit the facility after the 1st quarter through the RedTag.ca Gate (Gate 4) or TELUS Gate (Gate 5) located at the north corners of the stadium. Guests must have their ticket for re-entry.
