A dominant all-around performance in the team’s 51-38 win over Toronto has landed several Tiger-Cats on the CFL Honour Roll for Week 5, powered by Pro Football Focus (PFF).
Defensive lineman Julian Howsare, receiver Kenny Lawler and the entire offensive line unit were recognized for their standout contributions, with seven Hamilton players earning spots on the league’s All-Week team.
Howsare led all defensive players with a PFF grade of 91.0, recording a sack, a pass knockdown, and a defensive tackle across 49 snaps. His pass rush grade of 84.8 on 36 attempts was among the best in the league this week and currently ranks second overall among defensive players this season.
On the offensive side, Lawler earned a offensive-best 89.3 grade after posting a career-high 207 receiving yards and three touchdowns on six receptions. The veteran wideout’s performance included a 79-yard touchdown in the first quarter — the longest of his career.
Hamilton’s offensive line also topped the league this week with a unit grade of 70.1, anchored by strong outings from Coulter Woodmansey (76.9), Liam Dobson (74.2), and Quinton Barrow (64.4).
Additional Tiger-Cats named to the All-Week team include quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell (83.4), running back Ante Milanovic-Litre (84.7), and returner Isaiah Wooden (90.8), further highlighting the team’s well-rounded effort in their highest-scoring game of the season.
